Taste and perlage

Full-bodied, fruity, harmonious, well structured with light tannins. Fine and persistent perlage.

Vinification: Red wine vinification
Maceration: At 5°C, the must remains in contact with the skins for 4-5 days, depending on grape characteristics
Fermentation: With selected yeasts and Grasparossa must at 15°C in pressurised tanks for 6-9 months ( Long Charmat method)
