Just 1.5 km from Emilio’s Rooms, at our sister company Opera02, our home vineyards invite you to discover the heart of Emilia-Romagna. Since 2005, we have been producing wine in these hills, and we would love to share the breathtaking views over the valley that inspired everything.

Our cellar and traditional balsamic vinegar factory are at the heart of the region’s heritage, preserving the essence of our grapes through time-honoured methods. Visitors can enjoy a guided tour and tasting of our wines and vinegars, available seven days a week by appointment, lasting approximately 75 minutes. Tours are offered in Italian and English.
